Flametree Wines

FLAMETREE WINERY AND CELLAR DOOR was established in 2007 by the Towner family and is led by winemaker Cliff Royle and Winery Manager Julian Scott.

Located at 7 Chain Avenue (Corner Caves Road) in Dunsborough, Flametree Wines are positioned on the spectacular Toby’s Inlet of Geographe Bay, a stone’s throw from the ocean. Visitors are met by Liquid Ambers that line the driveway and light up spectacularly in the autumn. While Magnolias and Claret Ash cast their shade on the impressive Hampton beach-house inspired architecture.

Organics Horticultural Services joined Flametree Wines ten years ago. Much of the landscaping had already been installed and needed to be highlighted and maintained. A key project at Flametree Wines has been gently opening the bushlands to create an inviting view into Flametree Wines from Caves Road.

The grounds have evolved with Organics Horticultural Services manicuring the vast lawn area and introducing new plant varieties. Ongoing maintenance includes; keeping the hedges immaculate, irrigation management, removing excess debris and building/winery maintenance such as painting, tiling and general upkeep. Another key job is fertilising programs to address the leaching soil profile that comes with the coastal positioning of the property.

Organics Horticultural Services continue to work on creating a peaceful environment for people to relax at Flametree Wines while enjoying their award-winning wines.
